This site is a campaign against Chatsworth TV who took Alan Brunwins creation of "Hoppy The Hopper Bus" childrens series & turned it into their own program called “Busy Buses” - this is our fight for justice - PLEASE sign our petition - Thankyou - SIGN THE PETITION
NEWSFLASH - Living T.V. take Busy Buses OFF THE AIR FOR GOOD - PERIOD - job done ...
But - Alan & Nick still want Peter Kaye (for his remarks about Alan) & Terry Ward - the fight is not over until Alan gets his full recognition & satisfaction etc. - WE HIT “Busy Buses” ABROAD NEXT - WATCH THIS SPACE ...
Special thanks to Dan Judge, reporter and the Sutton Guardian & the This Is Local London reporter from the Guardian (National) for being brave enoug h to support us
A few points to bear in mind -
1/ Terry Ward , Chatsworth T.V. - Emails to say he wants to sort this out “amicably” with Alan - yet he claims to be the original writer 2/ Chatsworth TV Advertise in the artist and year book for writers ideas and work - yet the claim on their website everything is only created by their in-house writers 3/ On their 26*5 min episode DVDs Terry Wards (the acclaimed writer of Busy Buses) name does not appear once as to have written even one of them 4/ Terry Ward the acclaimed writer is a Director and Managing Director of at least 5 production companies, who have access to everyones ideas and creations 24 hours a day everyday of the year
ANY COMPANIES WHO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT COPYRIGHT THEFT & CORRUPTION - THE PRESS ARE VERY AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE & PUBLIC SUPPORT IS HUGE
Email (as below) was sent to Chatsworth TVs solicitor Nov 13th 2003 Could you please confirm on what date Mr Terry Ward asked Mr Alan Brunwin to use his characters, themes and storylines for use in Busy Buses. If we have no or insufficient response to this request within 24 hours we will assume Mr Terry Ward did not ask Mr Alan Brunwins permission and therefore has breached Copyright
WE HAVE HAD NO REPLY - THEREFORE ONE CAN ASSUME MR TERRY WARD HAS INDEED BREACHED COPYRIGHT - THE 3 MAIN RETAILERS OF BUSY BUSES VIDEOS & DVDs are - W.H.SMITH , AMAZON & TESCO WHO ARE ALL NOW INVESTIGATING & METRODOME DISTRIBUTION LTD. WHO SUPPLY RETAIL OUTLETS HAVE ALSO BEEN INFORMED & TOOK NO ACTION (THUS GAINING A PLACE ON THE “CORRUPT COMPANIES” LIST) - NURSERY SCHOOLS HAVE ALREADY BANNED Busy Buses
LIST OF CORRUPT COMPANIES (SO FAR)
LIVING TV , CHATSWORTH TV , TV4C , FLICKS FILMS , METRODOME DISTRIBUTION LTD.
Mr Alan Brunwin (Childrens Author - Poet) & Mr Nick Nasty (Musician - Promoter - Songwriter) met by both having been featured in the same column in a UK National Daily Paper - Since then Alan has been trying to prove that “Busy Buses” as shown daily on Living T.V. & sold to many countries around the world (with spin off merchandise - eg. videos) & has an estimated worth of 100’s of MILLIONS of £ was actually created by Alan & not by the person who claims to have created it - Mr Terry Ward - Nick heard about Alans plight & stepped in to help - one of the results being this website. Alan created “HOPPY THE HOPPER BUS” series which is IDENTICAL bar the character names (which have simply been renamed) to “BUSY BUSES” as is SHOWN DAILY ON LIVING TV - Alan sent his work on “HOPPY THE HOPPER BUS” to around 40 TV & MEDIA COMPANIES - HOWEVER ONE COMPANY “LOST” ALL ALANS “HOPPY THE HOPPER BUS” SERIES MANUSCRIPTS (characters, theme & some storylines) - Some of The National Press are waiting on this story (we made sure of that) - but they cant report until proceedings are actually in progress or they are risking libel - BUT - anything pertaining remotely to the whole thing CAN be reported on & "elaborated” Alan cannot afford to sue - SO all we have to do is to get THEM to sue us !! - now that would be easy - all we do is copy Chatsworth TV website & put it on this website & if that doesn’t provoke - then we'll make sure Chatsworth TV's website is copied all over the internet so it's a catch 22 - copyright theft for copyright theft - who's gonna move first ? - IN THIS CASE WE WOULD BE WITHIN OUR RIGHTS TO COPY ANYTHING PERTAINING TO "BUSY BUSES" SINCE IT IS ALAN BRUNWINS WORK - IMAGES OF HIS ALTERED CHARACTERS ETC - Copyright law is quite explicit that the making of what are called "derivative works" - works based or derived from another copyrighted work - is the exclusive province of the owner of the original work. This is true even though the making of these new works is a highly creative process. If you write a story using settings or characters from somebody else's work, you need that author's permission. - Feel free to browse around this site.
