Alan created several "bus" characters & storylines (ALL COPYRIGHTED) he wanted animating
He contacted 30 TV companies & still has the replies from many of them - no one would animate  it at the time
Then Alan discovered "Busy Buses" was being  shown on TV
HE WAS ASTOUNDED THAT APART FROM THE MAIN CHARACTER NAMES & VARIOUS OTHER  SMALL DETAILS - IT WAS ALMOST IDENTICAL ...

Alan wrote to all the major T.V. companies as he knew his bus series would be a hit, and was worried someone would steal his idea, but unknowing to Alan that theft had already taken place. The B.B.C. has many contracts with Chatsworth T.V. and V.T.R.plc. The B.B.C. had my Bus series sent to them many times, turning me down each time, they told Alan, they have no connections with Busy Buses what's so ever, yet he's searched the web-site on B.B.C. Worldwide and find out they are doing audios and books on Busy Buses why all the secret, why are they not on sale in England. When was all this contract set up, It does say on one of the internet links, Busy Buses is basically a B.B.C. production.Why if you Tap in on search Google, TV4C busy buses BBC Worldwide, or V.T.R. Busy Buses BBC Worldwide, the connections to these companies all link up hundreds of times, yet the B.B.C. and Chatsworth Solicitor says there is no B.B.C. involvement what's so ever, yet they are selling books and audios abroad.  And Terry Ward Company Director of all these companies production Compaines, who has accesses to everyone's ideas and stories 24hours a day everyday of the year, says he is the only one that thought of writing a bus series, and the one he supposed to have wrote is a word for word character for character of my work. Takes some believing does'nt it.

 “Busy Buses”  is now being screened on Children’s Living T.V.
It has been stolen from my Children’s creation of, “Hoppy the Hopper Bus,” series which I created for everyone to enjoy and see. Legal aid I just cannot get, I even complained too the Police about its theft “Sorry,” they said, “Can’t help you with that.” So its support I need from you lovely people out there to vote for justice on this web-site. M.P. Tom  Brake is to bring my case up in Parliament as well, and I would like to thank  him for his great support into my injustice. Terry Ward e/mailed me saying he wanted to sort the situation out,…….. “Amicably,”

All right’s to Busy Buses have been moved now from TV4C Limited, to Flick  Films Limited, and then moved on again to Busy Buses Limited, Why all this moving about with its rights? Bit strange that
First 26 episodes of Busy Buses on Video Tape, creator and writer Mr Terry Ward, yet there are none of thee 5 minutes episodes that I can find on their video tape  that have been written by him. Yet he supposedly claims to be,
The sole CREATER OF IT ALL????
 

V.T.R. plc, on my reading of their chairman’s report I found they are doing  very nicely indeed with there investment in Busy Buses. Someone told me their  office is in Dean Street along with Chatsworth T.V. I wonder if they know each other? Their share prices certainly went up, thanks to Busy Buses, or should I correct that and say, thanks to good old Hoppy the Hopper Bus.

“Who Stole Alan Brunwin’s work ask Mr Terry Ward?”
He is supposedly to be the writer and creator of “Busy Buses,” who I believe like many other people has stolen my Hoppy the Hopper bus children’s creation to make his own program
“Busy Buses” if you would like to watch it, Living T.V. screen it  nearly everyday.
Or better still ask Chatsworth T.V. what are they doing with Alan Brunwin’s stolen work.

Mr Terry Ward and his solicitor were given 7 days by me to come to some sort of agreement with me, I promised to say nothing to the press for a week to give them time.
THEY HAVE NOT EVEN REPLIED BACK TO ME WITH ANY INTELIGENCE.

And I haven’t even started to mention the story lines they have  copied off me yet. My bus creation was written long before the year 2000, how many people knew about it hundreds, and there  were so many T.V.and Production companies who knew about  it as well from long ago.
Support for me getting justice is growing by the day, Even a Member of Parliament is giving me his support as well, and is  going to raise the issue in Parliament as well.
Also a barrister, who is a good witness to my work from years  past.
And now my friend Nick-Nasty has teamed up with me and is  getting um really angry, he don’t like people being ripped off,  so watch out Busy Buses.

(1) Saying; “Until we/ you have resolved this situation with my  solicitor, I have nothing to say on the matter.”

Now I wonder will they now at last sue me for libel, well I’ll wait  indoors especially for those court papers they threatened to send 6 weeks ago just in case they do have to send them to me. “I hope they do,” I can’t wait to get them all into court.

THE FACTS
I hold 12 copyrights to my bus series going back , Many years as to its  original creation.
I sent my story and cast out to at least 30 major T.V. Company’s and Production companies.
I have many, many letters back from them referring to it’s animation for  children’s T.V.
I have had it on display for many years at the wash 80 Carshalton High Street for everyone to see and read.
I have sat down with Mr Tom Brake M.P. and shown and talked about  my Bus series with him.
I have also been in contact with Andrew Pelling Councillor of the G.L.A. about it as well
“Busy Buses now being screened on Living T.V. Have copied my work to a tee, even their two main characters are the identical format and  Concept to mine and story line as well.
They have some story lines which are a bit beyond coincidence  especially the R.A.F. bus , they are really pushing the copyright laws now.
I have a young girl bus called “Happy Holly” , They have a bus the same  format called “Susan,”
You might as well say they are twins, I can’t tell the difference
Even one of my character names “Harry,” they have copied.
Even My No2 bus “Dennis the Double Decker,” he’s the same format as  their No2 bus Arnold, they have exactly the same story line with Arnold’s engine all broken down and engine his oil all over the ground.  Just like my story.etc, etc,etc,etc,etc,etc……………...
