Here is my interpretation of events - Ward has nothing to say other than through his solicitor (Swan) Swan says - evidence of copyright & originality is needed Alan Brunwin has done the following - 1/ Discussed & shown his work with Mr Tom Brake M.P. 2/ The Greater London Assembly are aware of Alans work as "Hoppy The Hopper Bus" was put forward to them to promote people using London Transport 3/ Alan believes Ken Livingstone has seen his work 4/ Andrew Pelling, Councilor of the G.L.A. will confirm Alans work was shown to The Greater London Assembly 5/ When "Hoppy The Hopper Bus" was created by Alan a standard letter spelling out that this could be the next Thomas the Tank engine, if taken into production, was sent out to at least 40 T.V. & production company's, along with one story and the cast description to each character of Hoppy the Hopper Bus Series, along with a photo of Alan standing on a Bus, Alan used to be a Bus Driver 6/ Alan has many Letters from T.V. Company's , on Bus Series going back many years. 7/ Alan has original copyrighted documents & drawings to this effect Alan was & still is prepared to show Swan evidence in person & has said so in writing however Chatsworth T.V. - STILL ignore all the above Swan told the Daily Express he needed to see Alans work & said Alan had not supplied any evidence of originality or of copying - yet Swan says that on the 31st May he saw Alans work & stated that the PICTURES Alan sent were nothing like Busy Buses as the windows & wheels were different - er yeah right !! Swan also stated that stories about Buses were not unusual Swan also stated he could see no point in meeting Alan to discuss copyright
