Well before the year 2000 I created a children’s Bus series called, Hopi the Hopper Bus  series, and later on I then upgraded it to “Hoppy the Hopper Bus” and his little bus friends.  I sent it out to nearly every major T.V. Company, and many top production company’s to try and get it animated for children’s T.V programs. Many companies responded back to me by letter referring to it, some saying it’s very expensive to get it animated; some saying that there was no room for a Bus series, and some felt it was to close to Thomas the tank engine.
I have kept every letter that was sent to me all those years ago, plus a log of what went out  and what came back.There is a B.B.C. producer going back a few years now who asked me  to send my work to her, I did so, once she received my work, she contacted me saying she  was going to put me in touch with some good people, and that she was going to see someone from children’s entertainment with my work on a certain Sunday. After that Sunday on she never spoke to me again, I would phone her office, e/mailed her,called her on her mobile, but she would just put me on an answer machine every time. I just could not understand what I had done wrong for her to stop speaking to me anymore, I knew what ever she was avoiding me for it, would come out in the wash one day, it all ways does. By the way I still have those e/mails of hers. Well is thisit now this Busy Buses now on T.V., that meeting that took place with her who ever she meet that Sunday was itconnected with the stealing of my “Hoppy the Hopper bus.” Creation, I will be calling this B.B.C. producer to court as I really do believe there is a connection with it all. “Busy Buses children’s series  is  now being screened on Living T.V. and Seven other countries around the world.
They have copied my story line word for word; their two main characters are exactly the  same format, and conceptAnd story line, as my two main characters, and you could not part  the difference between them all.
I have copyrighted my Bus series “Hoppy the Hopper bus” twelve times over the  years gone past. When I first sent my work out many years ago I sent one story of “Hopi or Hoppy the Hopper bus” and his little Family of bus friends to at least thirty major T.V and Production Company’s with a standard letter saying that if my Bus series was animated I felt it could then be up in the big league with Thomas the Tank engine, it was such an obvious thing to me too be on T.V. for the children.
I just knew it if someone had the same vision as I had with it all, then it could become a great hit with children. Etc, etc. So I sent my Bus series cast as well on a separate piece of  paper with a letter attached and a Bus story/s. Not knowing at the time I did this, being so  new to writing that I was giving my ideas and work away to some people who were on the  look out to steal people’s ideas?
I mentioned that “Busy Buses” had copied my main two characters to a tee, well I did watch their video, but I knew all the way through watching it this “Busy Buses” video that it was  my own work I was watching. So I just looked out for very, very major points on this video, and yes they were there alright. They’ve got a little Bus called “Harry,” well I’ve  got a “Harry,” he’s a little Learner Bus” in my story, still I thought look at the video a little more, it  wasn’t very long either. I’ve got a lovely little bus called “London Bus Lesley” his character  is made out to be rather posh and he’s the R.A.F.type, that’s what his character is in my cast, and itswritten on that piece of paper I sent out with my story as I mentioned before.  Well their was it in front of me eyes watching this “Busy Buses” video their rather posh bus “Rodger” he had all his medals on as it was a very special day for him, Guess what? He was off to meet his, R.A.F. pals; I nearly fell off my sofa crying with hurt and laughter when I saw this on their Video. I then turned their video off I felt sick I just did not want to see any  more. And the not so nice Chatsworth T.V. Are saying they have not copied any of my work, do they think we are all stupid, Pull the other foot it’s got bells on it. Or haven’t you heard  that saying , It is rather a bit to coincidental, still I thought just give them one more chance but last chance, “Busy Buses” still might be able to talk their way out of it all, don’t  know  how though, can’t feel sorry for them they shouldn’t have robbed me
Well blow me down ten minutes later they have the same story line that wrote about my  dear old, “Dennis the double Decker,” with his engine all broken down, and lots of oil all  over the floor. They must have copied my drawings, or was it from my story, well don’t  know, but it was to a tee from my work I do know  that, and funny that, It was their No2 Bus in the series Arnold with his engine oil all over the floor, just like my “Dennis the Double Decker” funny that he’s my No2 Bus in my story as well.
Nearly forgot this bit, because there are so many things, their little bus “Susan” She’s just the same as my sweet “Happy Holly” bus, you might as well  call the two of them twin sisters.
Now would Mr Terry Ward, and Chatsworth T.V of Dean Street London W1, TV4C Limited, or Flick film's Limited and “Busy Buses Limited. like to say to me now that it’s not my work they have stolen.
